Manager Sean Dyche and new record signing Jeff Hendrick have both given their thoughts following a point against Hull City this weekend.

Hosting the newly promoted side at Turf Moor, as they came up with us from the Championship taking the Play Off route, Burnley took a late lead through Steven Defour but the visitors finally grabbed a leveller five minutes into stoppage time.

For Dyche, there was obviously disappointment at conceding that late on in the game, but he was taking the positives and somewhat satisfied with the point as he spoke to BBC Lancs Sport at the full time whistle.

As for Hendrick, he spoke about his move to the club from Derby County, and admitted that the opportunity of working with Dyche – given everything he’d heard about him – was too good to pass on, especially with a Premier League experience to boot.
