Manager Sean Dyche has said he was thrilled to see Burnley take victory today over high flying Championship rivals Middlesbrough.
Making the trip to the Riverside Stadium for the FA Cup third round encounter, Burnley put in a solid performance to take the two one victory over the hosts and with goals coming from Hennings and Ward as the side came from behind to take the win, Dyche was rightly pleased with the efforts on the day.
Especially as he made a number of changes for the match, and those he called upon to stake their claim – did just that meaning in his eyes it was ‘pleasing for everyone’ from the team through to the travelling fans.
Now Burnley await their fourth round fate.
