Owen Coyle and the whole of his management team whilst at Burnley have now all left the club for Bolton.

In addition to Coyle, Sandy Stewart, Phil Hughes, John Henry and most surprising of all, Chief Coach, Steve Davis are no longer at Turf Moor.

The club have now made a statement on the Offical Burnley website announcing who will be in charge of the first team whilst the new managerial vacancy is filled.

The statement reads:

‘Director of Youth Development Martin Dobson and Youth Team Coach Terry Pashley have been placed in charge of first team duties at Turf Moor until further notice.Dobson and Pashley will be aided by club captain Steven Caldwell, along with acting captain Graham Alexander’

They will presumably be helping the team prepare for our next match this Saturday against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

It remains to be seen whether a new manager will be announced before the match and thus given a baptsm of fire against the Red Devils and current League champions.

The new manager,it is clear will be given a clean sheet to bring in his own backroom staff with virtually nobody left at Turf Moor now to be considered for the roles.
