The Premier League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Hull City this Saturday.

Burnley host Hull City on Saturday September 10 for the game at Turf Moor and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Paul Tierney
Linesmen: S Beck and I Hussin
Fourth Official: M Oliver

Match Day referee Tierney has officiated four games in 2016/17, with a return of 14 yellow cards and zero red cards.

This season he has shown six cards on two occasions.

He took in 42 matches last season and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 118 yellow cards and four red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers on August 28 with a total of eight yellows being shown and one red card.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
