Wes Fletcher has agreed a loan move to League One promotion contenders, Yeovil Town and will now play in the West Country for at least one month. Fletcher progressed through Burnley’s youth team but has found first team opportunities limited making just two senior senior appearances for the club. He has also had a number of other loan spells away from Turf Moor having played for Crewe Alexandra, Accrington Stanley, Stockport County and Grimsby Town.
The striker, who celebrated his 22nd birthday today has only just recovered from an ankle injury but impressed in a Development Squad friendly last week scoring a brace of goals.
