Teenage winger Marley Blair has bagged himself an 18 month professional contract at Burnley as we continue to take a closer look at him.
The 18 year old linked up with the club earlier in the season following his time at Liverpool, and having impressed he now officially joins our Academy as he continues to develop.
Born in Huddersfield, he joined Liverpool’s Academy back in 2016 from his hometown club and he played for their Under 18 side ahead of his release last year.
He made his debut for us in the FA Youth Cup defeat to Plymouth earlier in January and he has scored three times in his last three games for Danny Cadamarteri’s youth side – they top the U18 Professional Development League at the moment.
He has also been involved at Under 23 level.
