According to Sky Sports, Burnley along with Blackpool, Blackburn, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Charlton and Hull are amongst the clubs keen on taking 20 year old Manchester United England youth international midfielder,Ryan Tunnicliffe on an ’emergency loan’ basis.
Sir Alex Ferguson rates the player highly but he might now be ready to let Tunnicliffe go out on loan having resisted the temptation so far this season.
Tunnicliffe went out on loan to Peterborough United last season and impressed the Posh faithful making 26 appearances for the Cambridgeshire club. However he returned to Old Trafford in the summer and despite limited opportunities has since been a constant member of the first-team squad.
United now look set to agree to an ’emergency loan’ to a Championship side in order for him to gain further first-team experience with Sky Sports indicating that the player could leave for a loan spell as early as this weekend.
Tunnicliffe made his debut for United in the first team squad after coming on as a substitute against Newcastle United in the League Cup 2-1 win in September 2012.
