Burnley’s Championship season continued with a draw at Turf Moor against Brighton on Sunday.

A return to action following the international break saw Brighton bring the Sky Sports cameras with them, with all the goalscoring action happening early on with Zamora’s opener for the visitors cancelled out by Gray to earn Burnley a one-one draw.

It had been hoped Vokes would be fit, however he wasn’t so Dyche was forced to bring Hennings in from the start, the only change the Burnley boss has made in the last five-matches, with things barely underway when Brighton went ahead!

Zamora (1), who had been lurking in the penalty box as Brighton started well, was on hand to bundle the ball over the line to give the Seagulls the lead with only 58-seconds on the clock with Burnley unable to clear the danger.

Dunk had a massive chunk of Keane’s shirt a few minutes later, which quite rightly brought Burnley a penalty and a chance to swiftly reply. Gray (4) doesn’t (often) miss and he didn’t here with his 11th-goal of a very impressive season making it one-all.

Had it not been for Brighton ‘keeper Stockdale, with him making a couple of good saves Burnley could have turned an opening quarter of the game around as it was things remained one-one at the break.

A more cagey game followed in the second half but Burnley did look the more likely winners.

One chance saw Arfield going close as he dragged his effort past the post with Long having a great chance to win it very late on having come off the bench but the former Everton striker prodded his effort wide!

Fifth place is retained by Burnley after this draw but Hull are (who are top) only two-points ahead.
