Burnley’s hosting of Chelsea at Turf Moor had originally been set for Saturday March 17, but owning to their FA Cup progression that game has now been cancelled.
With Chelsea making the quarter final stage of the FA Cup this season, the weekend of the original date now sees cup ties take precedence so it means our match, scheduled for the television screens, is now postponed.
Both clubs and the Premier League will discuss a new potential date and when there is agreement, fans will be informed of the new fixture.
Tickets already purchased for the game will continue to be valid for the new date.
