Forest at Home in COCUP Third Round

The third round draw for the Capital One Cup has been drawn over on Sky Sports and Burnley will now face current Championship leaders, Nottingham Forest at Turf Moor. All Round 3 ties are scheduled to be played week commencing 23rd September 2013.

At the time of the draw, Forest were still playing Millwall in their second round tie. The match was in extra time at the City Ground with the scores level at 1-1 after 90 minutes . The final score though was 2-1 to Forest.

Perhaps not an inspirational draw after the excitement of Preston but with the tie at home we stand a good chance of progressing to the 4th round
